Returns Policy

At Zippy Print, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality printing services. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalised, our returns process is slightly different from other retailers. This policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.

Custom & Personalised Products

● As all printed items are produced to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or no longer require the products.● Please ensure your artwork, design, and details are correct before placing an order.

Cancellations

● Orders can only be cancelled before production/printing has started.
Once printing is in progress, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at ku.oc.tnirpyppiz%40ksa with your order details.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure your order is produced to the highest standards. However, if you receive goods that are:● Damaged in transit● Defective or misprinted● Different from what you orderedYou must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the issue.Depending on the circumstances, we will:● Arrange a replacement free of charge, or● Offer a refund for the affected items.

Colour Variations & Proof Approval

● Slight colour variations between digital proofs and final print may occur due to print processes and cannot be accepted as grounds for return.● We strongly recommend requesting a printed proof/sample if exact colour matching is critical.

Refunds

● Refunds (where approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.● We may, at our discretion, request that faulty goods be returned before issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

● The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or misprinted:● Custom-printed products (e.g., flyers, business cards, posters, banners).
Design fees or other service charges.
