At Zippy Print, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of all printed products across the UK. This Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be dispatched, the delivery options available, and your responsibilities when receiving your order.
Processing & Dispatch Times
● Order Processing: Orders are processed and printed once payment has been confirmed.● Standard items (e.g., flyers, business cards, etc): Typically dispatched within 3 working days.● Custom/large format items (e.g., banners, signage, bespoke orders): Typically dispatched within 4-7 working days.● We will notify you via email once your order has been printed and dispatched.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
● Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): 2–4 working days after dispatch.● Express Delivery (UK Mainland): 1 working day after dispatch (only on selected products).● Free Delivery: Selected promotions may include free standard delivery.● Remote Areas: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and Isle of Man may take additional time.Please note: Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions) may impact delivery times.
Delivery Charges
● Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.● Express delivery and timed services may incur additional costs.

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
● It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of order.● If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, customer absence, or refusal, additional re-delivery charges may apply.● Orders returned to us due to failed delivery will only be resent once additional postage costs are covered.
International Delivery
● Currently, Zippy Print delivers only within the United Kingdom.● For bulk or trade international enquiries, please contact us directly.
Order Tracking
● Once dispatched, you may receive a tracking link (depending on courier service).● Tracking links, where available, will be sent via email.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs.If your order is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ku.oc.tnirpyppiz%40ksa and we will investigate with the courier.
